NH PoutineFest Spooktacular Announcement

Good Evening!

It’s been two years in the making, but we are finally here…..welcome BACK to NH PoutineFest. Our special Spooktacular event is looking to be our best event yet!

This email is intended to help you navigate the day. We’re still getting used to seeing people again, all help is good.

Here is some event info:

Mask Policy

We reduced capacity for this event by 30% to allow for social distancing in our new space at the Biergarten. Masks are not required outside. Per Anheuser-Busch policy they are required within indoor spaces. This policy complies with current state and local regulations.

Parking

All Parking is onsite at Anheuser-Busch. Please do not park in the AB employee parking lot. Our parking begins right in front of the Biergarten building. You will see our fleur-de-lis signs.

Entry

Premiere entry will begin at 11:30 AM. General Admission begins at 12:45 PM. Please verify your ticket type before coming to the event.

How do I get samples?

As you enter the event amongst your swag will be a poutine passport. As you reach the front of the line for each vendor, we stamp your passport.

Should I wear a costume?

The short answer is YES. We strongly encourage costumes for the Spooktacular. Every attendee wearing a costume is eligible for our costume contest raffle. The winner will be drawn around 2 PM

What’s the poker chip?

Use the poker chip to vote for your favorite poutine! The winner gets the NH PoutineFest Championship Belt. We have two returning champions this year and a few Runners Up. A true All-Star Lineup

Dessert/Beer

Le roi des bières/King of Beers has rolled out the red carpet. We are honored to host our event with them. Beer stations will be clearly marked, most accept credit/debit cards.

We have invited Chubba Wubba’s Treats and Refreshments, the Whoopie Pie Wagon, and last but not certainly not least Crémeux French Patisserie as dessert vendors. Save room, they have some awesome treats for purchase.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located within the Biergarten building, there are porta-potties just beyond the restaurant’s tent, and there are also a few bathrooms in the clubhouse near the grass parking lot.

Have Fun!

It’s been a minute since we have been able to do things, right? Relax for a bit and have a good time.

Our poutine vendors are all restaurants that struggled through the pandemic and despite all the obstacles are here to serve us all. Be sure to say thanks

See you tomorrow!
