Get Ready for NH PoutineFest 2023!

We are so excited to welcome you back to the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten in Merrimack, NH.

What to Expect at NH PoutineFest

Parking

Parking is free on-site. Please follow signage to the NH PoutineFest parking lots as you enter the Anheuser-Busch property. Our lots begin in the second lot on the right as you enter. The first lot is for AB employees. Handicap parking can be found near the NHPF event entrance. There is additional parking on the fields, which will be marked.

After parking, attendees will make their way to the front of the Biergarten for entry.

Entry

Please pay attention to your ticket type. Première ticket entry begins at 11:30 AM and General Admission is at 12:45 PM. There will be two separate lines marked with signs for the different ticket types, so be sure you’re in the right one! Children, whether attending free or with a paid Child’s Sampling ticket, will be in the same line as the adults they’re with.

Ticket scanners will scan your tickets either in line if you showed up early, or as you enter. Upon scanning you’ll receive an NH PoutineFest 2023 Bag, a Poutine Pass for sampling, and Première ticket holders will also receive a winter hat.

Tickets

Your tickets were emailed to you from Eventbrite to the email given during purchase. Have them visible on the Eventbrite app, printed, or in your email/Apple wallet ready to show our scanning volunteers.

Your T-shirts can be picked up at the Franco-American Centre table located next to the poutine vendors. Volunteers at that table will re-scan your ticket to get your t-shirt size (if included with your ticket type). If you printed your ticket hang on to it after entering the event so you can get your t-shirt.

The Franco-American Centre (FAC) volunteers will be available all day to help!

Poutine Pass

Poutine Passes will be handed out upon being scanned into the event. They are used to sample all the available poutine vendors at PoutineFest! When you sample poutine from a specific vendor, our volunteers will stamp your pass to show you’ve been there already.

Voting

Each attendee gets to vote for their favorite poutine, and this year you’ll be doing it online! On every Poutine Pass there is a QR Code that will bring you to the voting form on our website.

Please be advised, that you need your Order # for your vote to be counted, which can be found right on your ticket : )

If you need a boost of Internet service to make your vote (or post on social), just stop by the T-Mobile truck! They have a network you can hop on for free.

Additional Items for Sale

There are bonus vendors with snacks, treats and drinks for sale.

  • Bring cards or cash, as most of our additional vendors accept both.
